Friday afternoon, I was able to participate in a conference call with True Blood creator, and my favorite TV storyteller, Alan Ball. He’s didn’t give much away about season two; he respects the fans too much to ruin it for them. He doesn’t concern himself with Emmy buzz or online chatter. He just wants to make a series that he would like to watch. It just so happens that we like it too. He’s mild-mannered and soft spoken, but his stories live out loud.
