Although HBO has not yet confirmed it, various sources associated with the show are reporting that True Blood’s Comic Con panel will be on Saturday, July 25. Panelists will include author Charlaine Harris, who will also participate in a booksigning, and most likely Alan Ball, Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard, Rutina Wesley, Ryan Kwanten, and Sam Trammell.

True-Blood.net will be covering Comic Con live via Twitter and here on the blog, so mark your calendars!

ok on charlaine harris website she stated that she wasnt going to the comicon, her quote was it was too big and too crazy when she did it last year. She did state that she was going to the dragon con in alanta. did she change her mind?

Every other list I’ve seen mentions Stephen Moyer being there, have you heard he won’t be? I had hoped to make a trip to CA coincide with this weekend, but I doubt I’ll bother if he wont’t be there. Thanks for the info.

Oops. Yes, Stephen Moyer will most likely be there. I don’t know how I left him off the list.

Do you already have a ticket to Comic Con? If not, there are a few on eBay but you have to act fast to get them.

I don’t, and I haven’t started bidding since I’m still not sure of the timing. What are the odds that I could just meet them walking down the street? I think I’d prefer that to the craziness of Comic Con. LOL

Thanks for adding Stephen’s name! Just wanted to make sure.

this will be the first time at comic con, is it hard to get in the panel watch. i was told something about tickets? i went to the paley center in april and it was great but am wondering about 1000’s of people? can someone give me infromation on comic con if you dont mind?

Yes, it’s hard to get into the panels, but if you get there early enought, and some people sleep there overnight, you have a much better shot at getting in to see what you want. Most of the panels do not require anything other than your badge, but some do require tickets that you have to get at the various booths on the floor. Best of luck!
