Tonight on True Blood: “Shake and Fingerpop”
And we’re back! It was a grueling two weeks without a new True Blood, wasn’t it? By all accounts we’re going to be gnashing our teeth again over the ending of this week’s episode:
With Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) in tow, Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Sookie (Anna Paquin) head to Dallas to carry out Eric’s (Alexander Skarsgård) vampire-reconnaissance mission – but a surprise awaits them at the airport. At the Light of Day Institute, Jason (Ryan Kwanten) falls victim to a practical joke, but has the last laugh when the Newlins anoint him for a higher calling. Maryann (Michelle Forbes) throws Tara (Rutina Wesley) a birthday party at Sookie’s, attracting much of Bon Temps to its Bacchanalian revelry. Sam (Sam Trammell) postpones his departure from town to attend the bash, connecting with Daphne (Ashley Jones) in the process. Having barely escaped Fangtasia, Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) finds himself reluctantly pulled back into Eric’s orbit.Written by Alan Ball; directed by Michael Lehmann.

Yeah 2-weeks sans True Blood was just unconstitutional! I mean come on, it’s completely cruel and unusual punishment
2 weeks without True Blood, and then I only get 7 minutes of Eric. Enough of the boring orgies!!! Bring back the vampires!
Two weeks was tough. Thoroughly enjoyed last nights episode. So many possibilities. Alan Ball is following the books loosely but adding his own flair. Good, I want to be surprised. I can’t wait to see what will happen next. I love the addition of Jessica. Watching Bill become more human with the help of Sookie and raising a teenager adds fun to the show.
I thought last nights episode was really funny and sexy, BUT not nearly enough ERIC! And THANK GOD that Alex/eric explained why he was giving his blood to Lafayette and it wasn’t something else. Can’t wait until season 4!
I am sooo in love with Eric. He is awesome and brooding. I love Jessica too. She is bringing alot to the show. I could care less about that light of day crap. More Eric, more Eric, more Eric!
Me too! Who could possible NOT love Eric/Alex? To me that man is perfection and everytime he comes on screen, all eyes are drawn to him. But then I am incredibly partial to him. And was he NOT super sexy, hot, scrumptious in that black leather jacket and black pants/t shirt! WHEW………I am having to fan myself just thinking about it!
Last night’s episode was really good. I love when Jessica was stuck in the coffin. I loved what she did to the man she glammored too. She is so immature and I love that she is!
Jessica is one my favorite characters in the show now, I love her. This week’s episode was so funny like no other. The orgies creep me out, specially the part where that woman started eating dirt. And I’m starting to like Jason a bit more.
