Tonight on True Blood: “Timebomb”

Sookie’s captivity takes an unexpected turn when Eric arrives to do his master’s bidding on the eve of the Fellowship’s lockdown. In Bon Temps, Sam finds himself in hot water after making a gruesome discovery at Merlotte’s, and Andy proves no help in coming to his defense. Sent home by Bill, Jessica and Hoyt learn that when it comes to sex, every time is the first time. Tara and Eggs devour a mysterious meal prepared by Maryann, with unexpected results. After Jason pays off his debt to the vampires, Godric looks to enlighten his more single-minded followers.

This episode was fantastic. So I read the books and I thought I would give this series a try. I just started on the episode time bomb and I kind of knew what was going on. The guy was about to rape her when the really old vampire was going to sacrifice himself then they would get Godrick out. They twisted things up a bit and it seemed that they were going to have Godrick be the Sheriff instead of Stan or whatever in the book.I also like how they didn’t do like 400 flashbacks again because that wasn’t exactly my favorite part of the last episode (as i just saw after i saw the recent one). I really enjoy the acting in this especially from Alexander Skarskard. He does a fantastic job of the character of Eric, which, in my opinion is one of the best in the book. I also enjoyed Anna Paquin’s acting, Sookie Stackhouse was always the character (as an actor myself) I have wanted to take on. She does it wonderfully. True Blood is truly fantastic. Keep watching! OH and please keep producing it! Don’t stop at the 2nd season!
