Time for another True Blood news round up!
- In an interview with British Glamour magazine (via People), Stephen Moyer reveals that his proposal to Anna Paquin was inspired by a song about “white, sandy beaches” that Bill listens to in the car. All together now: awwwww!
- Did you know that Stephen’s real name is Stephen Emery? That’s just one of the interesting tidbits in this interview with South African mag Tonight. True Blood’s second season begins airing on M-Net in South Africa tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
- Kristin Bauer gets in the Halloween mood by sharing some True Blood insights with the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal for their article on throwing a Halloween bash.

I did know that Stephen’s birth name was Emery. And a little tid bit about that, Stephen did a little thing called Ny-Lon and he plays Michael Antonioni, a London stock broker who falls in love with a teacher/record store clerk from New York.
He has just returned to London after a weekend away to see his girl and interview for a job in a New York based stock house. This is of course against the rules and he barely escapes getting the sack by a display of charm and wit. When he settles his assistant answers the phone and with one hand on the phone she says, “Michael, there is a phone call for you from Stephen Emery,” and he has a sort of snarky grin on his face…
