News Roundup: Ryan Kwanten’s Movie, True Blood Cast at Concert and Nathan Barr Featured on Top 100 List

True Blood cast members were seen recently at the KCRW “Out 4 Blood” concert at the Echoplex in L.A. Rockin’ out to John Doe, CC Adcock, Jace Everett, Chuck Prophet and The Pillbilly Knights with The Morning After Pills, cast members Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin, Chris Bauer, Todd Lowe and Michelle Forbes helped intro the bands. Southern Comfort will sponsor the second season of True Blood on FXUK, which begins later this month. The sponsorship includes a microsite where fans can win Southern Comfort prizes. “We are delighted to sponsor the second season of True Blood. The wonderfully talented Nathan Barr is added to the list of top 100 composers at the box office for 2000-2009 at MovieScore Magazine. Nate is among such talented composers as Hans Zimmer, Alan Menken, Jerry Goldsmith, Patrick Doyle, Randy Newman, Howard Shore, Harry Gregson-Williams, Alan Silvestri, Danny Elfman and the great John Williams. Way to go, Nate!
