New True Blood Products For July

True Blood season 3 is off to a solid start, and HBO is adding more fuel to the fire with fresh merchandise available in July.

Last November we told you about the collectible busts being created by DC Universe, featuring Sookie, Bill, Eric, the Fangtasia bar sign and the Merlotte’s Bar sign. Those items will finally ship beginning July 21; pre-order yours now at the HBO Store. These will likely also be available for purchase, or just preview, at DC’s booth at Comic Con later this month. Wouldn’t it be cool to get Bill’s bust signed by Stephen Moyer?

Also shipping this month is the first issue in the True Blood comic book series that was announced in April. Available for pre-order through HBO, the first issue also ships on July 21. The comics should also be available to purchase at Comic Con on July 21, so if you’re going to the annual geek-fest, keep your eyes peeled for the IDW booth. This would be a nice, lightweight item to have the cast sign should you be lucky enough to get a spot in the autograph line.

T-shirt lovers, HBO is hooking you up this month, too, with a new Fangtasia shirt. This charcoal gray shirt reads “No Biting On Premises” in stylized red text. We assume this means biting is allowed off the premises.

HBO appears to be releasing new True Blood merchandise on a weekly basis, often tied to the latest episode, so save up those pennies! We’ll post about new items as they are announced to keep you up to date on the latest goodies available.
