Will Denis O’Hare Return to True Blood?

We were sure Denis O’Hare would return as Russell Edgington in season four of True Blood. However, it’s been kind of a on again-off again thing. Nothing has ever been set in stone. O’Hare has been steadily working on other projects but he recently told The Hollywood Reporter, “I left them on a high. They have been very, very nice to me, and they tell me that they think I’m going to come back, and I’m waiting. We’ll see what happens.”

Also left in question is the storyline. O’Hare says, “Someone discussed a possible idea with me, which, of course, I can’t tell you, but it’s a very cool idea. It’s not far fetched, but it’s not something that you would see coming.”
