Alan, thank you for hiring the best actors and staff to bring the Southern Vampire Series to life with a fresh new vision. For those of us who were fans of these books before True Blood, you’ve made it interesting and fun; for fans of the show who have never read the books you’ve given them something new to read; and for those who just love True Blood, you’ve made summer Sunday night’s hotter, juicier and something to talk about around the water cooler Monday morning.
