The storyline following Arlene’s pregnancy/baby has been teased a bit but really kept tightly under wraps…until now. As reviewers post their thoughts on the new season of True Blood, they think they aren’t revealing anything too spoilery, but when added together, we start to get an idea of what Arlene and Terry are dealing with this season.
First came the video teaser with the writing on the wall: “Baby not yours”. Creepy. Then someone revealed in a review posted yesterday, or Monday, that the baby is born this season (I can’t remember which reviewer included that tidbit; it’s all a blur now and I didn’t bookmark it). Now SFGate includes the following tease in their season 4 review: “Just wait for that bad-seed baby who decapitates Barbie dolls.”
What are the side effects of that spell Holly performed on pregnant Arlene last season? Are we looking at a Rosemary’s Baby storyline here?
Didn’t someone mention twins? If so, there might be one good and one bad…
For a while I thought Carrie Preston’s references to Arlene’s problems with the baby “multiplying” meant twins, but now I’m not sure. This storyline is bugging me!
Does anyone besides me think that the spell holly did with arlene, was perhaps an intentional evil spell?
I mean how well do we know this holly character?
Maybe “Baby not yours” is that its not arlene’s baby either…though she carried it, gave birth to it.. doesnt mean it had to be hers…maybe something from mary ann? There was a lot of sexin going on lol.
