True Blood Interview Round-Up: Ryan Kwanten, Kristin Bauer, Sam Trammell

Just when you thought the True Blood publicity rounds were over, a new batch of interviews with various cast members crops up to give is little bits of insight into season 4:

  • Ryan Kwanten talks tight uniforms with The Hollywood Reporter: “It’s scary that Jason is helping anyone. The fact that he is sort of experienced in addiction, he knows the highs and lows, so he can talk Andy through it.”
  • Kristin Bauer tells SheKnows about her fairy tale romance: “I had just announced to the universe that I needed a date.”
  • Sam Trammell talks clothes with Mr. Reporter: “We are always put in very tight clothing,” says Mr Trammell, sipping coffee in a Fifties diner in East Hollywood late one afternoon. “I wear a couple of sizes smaller than I usually wear. Everybody has to peel off their clothes at the end of each day – not to mention that you have to stay in ridiculous shape because of all the shots without your shirt on.”
  • Guest star Dean Chekvala talks True Blood with The Detroit News: “Nelsan Ellis is so good. He’s the best actor I’ve ever seen,” Chekvala says. “He’s consistently good in every season. We have a mutual friend and we hit it off and I learned so much. Nelsan is a great guy — very smart and relaxed.”
