Comic Con 2011 is almost here, and if you’re a True Blood fan attending the annual geekfest, then this is the guide for you! We’ve got the list of all the True Blood-related happenings in San Diego that week.

Thursday, July 21

11AM – Obsession: How TV And Movies Go From Fascination To Phenomenon There are some shows and films that we watch. And there are others that we obsess over. We talk about them at work the next day. We join the fan websites. We wear the t-shirts. But what does it take to turn a series or movie into something special that we can’t live without? 5:30PM: True Blood Panel and Q&A session— Mixing romance, suspense, mystery, and humor, the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated True Blood kicked off its 12-episode fourth season June 26 on HBO. The series follows the on-and-off romance between waitress and part-faerie Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), who can hear people’s thoughts, and 173-year-old vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer). Oscar and Emmy award winner Alan Ball created and serves as executive producer of the series, which is based on the bestselling Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris.     Can you ask Alan Ball if can make 2 seasons a year? It’s really a long wait between each summer seasons!
