Here they are, our final sneak peeks at True Blood season 4. HBO released two scenes for us to preview before the season finale, “And When I Die”.

WARNING: Spoilers ahead!

First up is Tommy’s funeral, with a tragically small attendance, and then we have Sookie and Alcide talking about a possible future. Is Sookie in the right frame of mind to accept Alcide’s logic? We’ll find out when the True Blood season finale airs Sunday, September 11 at 9/8c on HBO.

Fan of the Southern Vampire Mysteries since 2001, and co-admin of since 2008. Team Sookie!

Alcide is just plain pathetic! He will always be rebound guy but I have a feeling that’s where Alan Ball is going to end the season with sookie leaving Eric and Bill and settling for Alcide or possibly the Quinn character for season 5! If sookie settles I will never forgive her and hate her character forever!

I’d hate to be on your bad side!

There is surely no way she can go off with Alcide at this point. If she can’t be with Eric as she loves Bill and can’t go back to Bill as she loves Eric – Sookie would look completely insane going with Alcide when she loves 2 other men. It makes your head spin!
She definitely needs some Sookie time.

I LOVES ME SOME MAXINE!!! I miss all the colorful local characters from the 1st season. More Maxine. More Jane Bodehouse. More deputy Kenya. (I can’t believe that Andy, Jason & Kevin are all that’s left of the PD. Rosie should be chasing Kevin around the building at every opportunity trying to get in his drawers!) More Mike Spencer. More Steve Newlin. Now all we see in Merlots are background people that the series regulars don’t even interact with, like wallpaper.

I know it’s not in these clips, but Eric and Bill roasting on an open fire makes me cringe-i know they survive-hopefully.
