Friday Five: Predictions for Season 4 Finale

As the season finale looms before us, fans have been speculating a lot about how the season will wrap up and what the cliffhanger will be. Who lives? Who dies – again? What plots may continue next season? Today we’ve chosen the top five predictions being murmured about in fandom.
- Jesus dies – I truly don’t want this to happen because I adore Kevin Alejandro, and I’m not alone. And didn’t they kill his character off of SouthLAnd? Besides, who’s going to teach Lafayette how to control his ability?
- The Jessica thing – Some fans think that Jess will be a casualty of season 4. I don’t think that will happen because there’s a lot more of her story that could be told. Some think she will end up with Jason. Possible, however, I think she just needs to spend more time with her father.
- Hoyt and FOTS – There are many, myself included, who think that Hoyt will be pushed over the edge with the revelation that Jason slept with Jessica. This will steer him toward the Fellowship of the Sun. Make no mistake – they will return.
- Russell Edgington returns – Rumors have been flying that he will make his appearance in the finale, but HBO laid that to rest when a spokesperson announced that Denis O’Hare will not be back this season. Still, we may get a hint in the finale.
- Fairies, Hotshot and Terry – We know that a new character is introduced in the finale, and he is someone from Terry’s military past. Does he bring trouble or something else? The fairies are cooking something up and it may involve Andy. Unless the Hotshot issue us suddenly resolved in the finale, we’ll probably see more from those uncle daddies and Crystal.
