Finale Ratings Leaves True Blood Running Hot

The ratings are in for the True Blood season 4 finale and although the cast numbers fell, viewer numbers did not. TV by the Numbers is reporting a bump up of 0.4 from last Sunday to the familiar 2.8 in the 18 – 49 demo. True Blood once again owns the night for cable television, finishing up the season with a strong 6.2 million from first airing to the repeats. We are not surprised and we anticipate that with the return of Russell Edgington foreshadowed, those will be the numbers we can expect out of season 5.
