Congratulations to True Blood co-stars, and happily marrieds, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer who are expecting their first child!
EW confirms that the pair will welcome a teacup human of their own this autumn, joining Steve’s two children from previous relationships. Anna’s pregnancy won’t effect True Blood, since she won’t be showing (much) during season 5 filming and will have delivered before season 6 begins filming (assuming HBO orders it).

OMG, I’m so happy for them, Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!! And to think, if it hadn’t been for Charlaine Harris’ fantastic Southern Vampire Mysteries they may have never met. So, if it’s a girl ‘Charlaine’ is a cute name guys…. I’m just saying.
Um, I think they were already dating when the show started. They did a movie together shortly before auditioning for the show. But it certainly didn’t hurt that they got to work so much together, in some steamy scenes so early in their relationship I am sure.

I am so happy for them both. What an incredibly adorable baby they are bound to have. And in the fantacies of so many TB/Sookie & Bill fans this baby will be the perfect HEA. Something the books will never deliver. (Sigh, even if I am a Sookie/Eric fan, I can see how this would be a dream come true in the imaginations of many) But honestly, I think that this is such an amazing event for the two of them. I wish them all the best.
They met while screen testing for True Blood, kept in touch durng the months in between then and the start of filming, and the rest is history!
I think she timed it perfectly so she won’t look pregnant when they’re filming the next season.
Wow this is wonderful! Its just so amazing how a show can bring everyone together and create a family. But would this effect season 6 (If there will be)?
I hope so that for season 6 Bill and Sookie get back together and adopt a baby or Bill somehow becomes human and it ends the show with them as a couple!
I really wonder how much she’s going to ‘show’. I mean we never see sookie in loose fitting clothes, that would be weird !
