True Blood Season 5 Sneak Peek: Eric and Pam

Another Sunday means another tiny glimpse at True Blood season 5, this time involving Eric and Pam. Unfortunately, all is not well with our favorite maker and progeny.

“Trust no one” sounds like the theme for this season.

  1. pam’s tears should be red right?

    • If you look closely at the end, you can see that they’re red.

      • Kristin is really crying in the scene. She is a really great actor. I guess they might digitally colour it to match the blood tears in the later shot.

    • This is a “making-of” video so it’s not a completed version, it’s behind-the-scenes.
Very cool. I’m excited about season 5!

  2. OMG! June can’t come fast enough!!!

  3. I noticed the tears to. It’s cool to see before they “paint the tears red” (as I think of it).

This has been my favorite sneak peak so far. I’m really looking forward to seeing where the Eric/Pam storyline goes.

  4. What show is this from? I know Pam blames Eric love for Sookie. She believes it has made him weak and I agree with her. I think Eric will release Pam and she goes to Sookie and this is where she finds Tara dead and Sookie begs her to turn her and she does. This would explain Pam crying in Sookie house and Lala and Sookie digging a grave. I love the relationship between Pam and Eric. I really don’t want him to release her. Anyway waiting sucks.

    • wow this indeed fits perfectly!
im reading all the books from the beginning to satisfy my neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed

  5. Thank Heavens Tuesday is all I have to wait for so that the new book can bide my time waiting for this show to get back on the air. I am so happy that they are airing it earlier this year. I know that means they will be doing bi-weeks this year, but at least the wait won’t suck for nearly as long. LOL I truely hope that they digitally edit the real tears Pam cries to be red, or at least pink. And they had better not have Eric release Pam. Pam is still one of the best parts about that whole dynamic. (Not saying Eric doesn’t hold his own, but Pam just makes him so much better.)

  6. What I see from this clip is Eric is very hurt and he feels really alone……Sookie dumping him, the authority is after him and to find out that someone knew where Russell was and dug him up…..he just questions everything now. I think him and Pam will work out their problems eventually by the end of season 5.

  7. What phenomenal acting by Kristin! Eric, you big jerk, making Pam cry! ;-)

  8. Pam is the only one Eric can really trust, those are gruesome allegations. May be Russel had someone else who is still loyal to him, after all he was king and his disapperance could not be hidden.

  9. I can understand Eric being upset but I hope that the writers do not ruin their relationship, like they ruin every other one. Considering that only a total of 4 people knew about the Russell stuff, I can understand him questioning Pam. I do not think, or at least I hope, Eric will release her. I think he will send her to watch Sookie as a test of her loyalty. Maybe that is how Tara, if Tara, gets made into a vampire.

    • I believe the scene is from episode 4 so Tara would have been turned by now if that’s what did happened.

  10. What a sad scene. Poor Pam. Eric and Pam are my favorite relationship on the show. I sure hope he realizes what a jerk he’s being and makes it up to her. On a completely unrelated note, those are two very pretty people!

  11. Im so heartbroken!!!! I hope Pam and Eric team up again! Eric be good to Pam!!! Pam no more rocket launches! Can’t wait for June!!!

  12. Remember Eric:
“The only vampire a vampire can trust is the vampire he made.”

  13. Ok but think about it only 4 people actually know what happend to Russel Edgington… Pam,Bill,Alcide and Erik. So if someone else dug him up, it has to be someone he made so he can call to them. How else could they find him? A wild guess that when Russel went nuts he turned Steve Newlin? Maybe some crazy plot for his vampire take over plan? Who knows, lol it’s fun to speculate. Any thoughts truebies?

    • I agree with you Whitney(About the Russell Edgington and Steve Newlin part) and I also think Eric free’s Pam;only to go protect Sookie and finds Tara; or since Bill and Eric had Sookie’s blood before, they hear her thoughts and one of em comes and saves Tara/turn her into a Vampire:/ What do you think?
