Tanya Wright says new season is “something to talk about”

True Blood’s Tanya Wright, who plays Deputy Kenya Jones, visited the gals on New York’s PIX11earlier this morning, and talked a bit about the new season. Despite their best efforts to get Tanya to spill some secrets, she gives absolutely nothing away, only encourages people who may have not watched True Blood before by saying, “This is the season to start.”

Tanya also tells us she will host the Dance Theater of Harlem ensemble performance this evening at Richard Rodgers Amphitheater at Marcus Garvey Park, 18 Mount Morris Park West – Harlem. The New York event takes place tonight at 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public. This is the ensemble’s final performance before the entire company returns in the fall. More details can be found at www.dancetheaterofharlem.org.

Over-night fan (almost literally) of the Sookie Stackhouse series since early 2008. Co-owner of True-Blood.net. Anxiously anticipating season 6.
