We’ve spoken with Council members Carolyn Hennesy (Rosalyn) and Jacob Hopkins (Alexander), so we already know a little about their characters. Also debuting tonight are Christopher Meloni as Roman and Peter Mensah as Kibwe, rounding out the Council who have some business with Eric and Bill.
