Enter to Win a Spot in the Vampire 5K Run

The folks at Vampire5k.com have asked us to help spread the word about a fun event that is coming up in the spring. In the Vampire 5K Run, you will choose between two teams to participate on, vampires and citizens, depending on whether you prefer to be chased or to be the ‘chaser’.

The event takes place in five cities: Denver, L.A., Dallas, Washington D.C. and Atlanta. The run is not a race that is timed, it’s just a fun event that you can take part in with friends and relatives, or just by yourself where you can meet new people who enjoy the same interests as yours.

Join the run as a vampire or a citizen running for your life. “Vampires dress in all black and start in one location, “citizens” dress in all white and start in another.  Paths converge at an unknown location and vampires try to “convert” citizens by pulling off 2 white flags they will be carrying. Fog zones, blood powder and mystery stations await the runners along the rest of the course and the finish is one huge party with music, bloody Mary’s, red beer, and more fun.”

For complete details, entry fees and registration, visit www.vampire5k.com.

But wait, there’s more! Beginning today you can enter to win a spot on the team of your choice. If you live in or near any of the locations listed, or if you plan on vacationing there at the time of the run, jump on this contest!
