Happy Thursday Truebies! With the Fourth of July holiday coming up I only felt it appropriate to share one of our favorite recipes from March 2012. Gran’s Catch A Man Spareribs! This recipe is perfect for a Barbecue and there will be plenty of that going on this weekend! Gran’s Catch A Man Spareribs

6 lbs bone-in country style pork ribs, browned in a skillet on all sides.
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika


1. Mix all ingredients except ribs in a bowl.

2. Place browned ribs in baking pan; pour sauce over and around ribs.

3. Cover with lid and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 2 hours.
