‘True’ Bloody Mary Available in London

Now here’s some news to sink your teeth into: central London bar Ruby Lo will begin serving the world’s first carnivorous cocktail as of Friday, June 26, when it launches the “True” Bloody Mary. Made with pasteurized blood and alcohol, the drink will be available to those who want a taste of vampire “life”.

Bizarre Magazine’s vampire expert, Alix Fox said: “This cocktail taps into a very carnal need – Blood Lust. The fans of True Blood are looking for conduits to express the urges these shows are giving them and whilst a real blood cocktail may seem a little extreme to some, I think the demand will be huge! I also think the drink might be an aphrodisiac. The mixture of pasteurized blood and alcohol seems to affect people in bizarre ways, releasing their inhibitions and turning them wild. Surprisingly, the nutritional value of the blood cocktail is quite impressive too.”
