True Blood just won’t stop! In today’s news round up, witness the records that keep breaking!
- Sunday’s episode of True Blood garnered 5.3 million viewers in its first airing, shattering last week’s record of 4.5 million viewers! So those of you who predicted the show would hit 5 million viewers by season’s end in the poll to the right, pat yourselves on the back.
- It’s not just the new episodes that fans are clamoring for: True Blood season 1 on DVD topped the sales charts again last week. In it’s 13th week of release, True Blood rose to the top of the TV charts again for a total of 1.3 million units sold.
- Reminder: True Blood will take a break on Labor Day weekend. Episode 211 airs Sunday, August 30, then the finale, episode 212, airs Sunday, September 13.
