Armchair Casting: Hallow Stonebrook

Warning: Spoilers for True Blood season 4 ahead!

One of the most pivotal roles in the fourth Sookie book, and presumably the fourth season of True Blood, is that of powerful witch/were Hallow Stonebrook. She’s a major factor in the witch wars and her actions have significant impact on two characters in particular. A lot of True Blood fans were spot on when they suggested Joe Manganiello for the role of Alcide, so let’s set our thinking caps to who should play Hallow.

The character in the books is described as tall and slim, but broad-shouldered with short, thick, brown hair. Of course we know plenty can be done with hair (witness brunette beauty Anna Paquin as blond Sookie and naturally blond Carrie Preston as redheaded Arlene), but it does give us somewhere to start.
