Truebies are awesome. Passionate about True Blood, endlessly creative, and eager to help and share with other fans, we are continuously impressed by the people we see commenting here and in the forum. Good behavior should be rewarded, in our opinion, so we’ve launched a regular feature spotlighting a Truebie who has made an impact.

Helen

We’re spotlighting a UK Truebie this week, as well as introducing a new member of the True-Blood.net staff! Helen hails from Liverpool where she works as a teaching assistant. She’s relatively new to the fandom having just discovered Sookie & Co. a little over a year ago when friends raved about the Southern Vampire Mysteries series. She read the first eight books and decided to give the show a try. The rest is history!

Helen’s favorite characters are Eric and Pam, and her favorite pairings are Eric/Sookie and Terry/Arlene. Aww. She’s looking forward to “a certain storyline” in season 4 which, well, if you’ve read the books that one shouldn’t be hard to decode.

We’re pleased to welcome Helen as a UK liaison, helping keep Truebies around the world up to date on the latest news. True Blood season 4 premieres in January on FX UK, at which point we’ll be keeping Helen quite busy. Until then, she’ll contribute news from across the Pond as needed. Welcome, Helen!
