PHOTO: Scott Foley Arrives on True Blood

We were all curious when a True Blood casting call went out for Patrick Devins, a military buddy of Todd Lowe’s Terry Bellefleur. The character arrives in the season 4 finale and will recur in season 5. Now we get our first look at Scott Foley as Patrick, courtesy of HBO and TVLine:

We’re not being given much intel about the character, other than that he was Terry’s platoon leader in Iraq and saved Terry’s life. What’s he doing in Bon Temps? Is he a supernatural being of some kind? How soon will Sookie catch his eye? We’ll get some answers, and probably a lot more questions, when Scott Foley arrives on True Blood during the season finale on September 11.
