Carrie Preston to Guest Star in ROYAL PAINS

With True Blood season 5 production completed, the stars are lining up projects before production begins on season 6 at the end of the year. Looks like Carrie Preston is spending part of her “vacation” in the Hamptons!
Per TVLine, Carrie will guest star in the September 5 episode of USA Network’s Hamptons-set medical dramedy Royal Pains. She’s playing a famous author, Jackie Van Ark, known for writing steamy romance novels. Jackie brings her college-bound daughter to HankMed to treat her for mysterious symptoms.
