Janina Gavankar Joins the Cast of HUSBANDS, Apparently Doesn’t Need Sleep

Janina Gavankar is keeping busy, as usual! Post-True Blood, she’s worked on a couple of as yet unannounced projects, filmed a guest spot on The Vampire Diaries which could become a recurring gig, and today TV Guide revealed that she’s joined the cast of popular web series Husbands.
Husbands showrunner Brad Bell tells TV Guide that Janina will play “something of a trophy wife, but we get the impression maybe she murdered someone to get that title.” Oy.
The third season of Husbands premieres Thursday, August 15 as part of the CW’s launch of new original comedy programming on CW Seed.
