Carrie Preston to Guest on THE FOLLOWING

E!Online reports that Carrie Preston will guest star on FOX’s new hit series The Following as serial killer Joe Carroll’s “most loyal groupie”. I think Rene Lanier might have something to say about that.

The Following returns for its second season in January 2014.
