TRUE TO THE LAST DROP: DONATING BLOOD AT COMIC CON

Hi Truebies! San Diego Comic-Con was a blast! I still have a serious fangover. Although we had tons of fun, we did do something very important: we gave blood! True Blood sponsored the blood drive again this year and it felt great to donate blood (and keep the vampires fed).

Mynda and I from the True-Blood.net staff went to support the blood drive and we had a great time. The volunteers and staff were so professional and caring. They all had on “True to the Last drop” T-shirts and bite marks on their necks (I mean if you’re going to give blood, this is a fun way to do it). It only took us about an hour to go through the whole process and it is rewarding to know that we may have helped save a life (or gave a vampire a nice meal, whichever works best for you).
