True Blood Nominated for Two Golden Globe Awards

The Hollywood Foreign Press announced their Golden Globe Award nominations this morning with True Blood picking up two, for Best Television Drama and Best Actress in a Television Drama (Anna Paquin). Anna grabbed a second nomination for her role in the TV movie The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler. Congratulations Anna and everyone involved with True Blood!
The Golden Globe Awards will be presented at a gala ceremony in Hollywood on January 17, broadcast on NBC.

sadly, I’ve hardly seen any of the movies from the nominee list – hopefully I’ll get to watch more of them before the awards night comes around
