Calling All Truebie Knitters!

By  |  2 Comments

True Blood fan Danna emailed us a while back with a link to a fun craft for Truebie knitters that’s perfect for these long, cold winter evenings: The Morning After Scarflet!

The pattern can be found in Deep South Knitting, a book any proper Southern girl should have in her library. As Beth Moriarty, the author of the book, says, this scarflet is the ideal accessory for the vampire lover with an active nightlife who wishes to be discreet. Ahem. And for those of us not living in Bon Temps surrounded by hot men with abnormally long incisors, it’s an easy pattern for the beginning knitter that will add a touch of femininity to an outfit.

Deep South Knitting is available to order directly from the author or on [easyazon-link asin=”0615528546″]Amazon[/easyazon-link].

Fan of the Southern Vampire Mysteries since 2001, and co-admin of since 2008. Team Sookie!

I have never succeeded at knitting a single thing in my life. That being said, I wish I knew someone who could knit one of these for me.

I think I’ll add that to my que! It would look great in a blood red merino. 🙂
