Co-written with Lisa Peterson, who also directs, the show is a retelling of Homer’s epic poem. Denis stars in this contemporary retelling that captures the grief and glory of the battle for Troy. The New York Times calls it, “Spellbinding… smartly conceived and impressively executed.”

“An Iliad” plays at The Broad Stage at the Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center from January 15-February 2. Click for more information and ticket prices. Tickets are available by calling 310.434.3470 or 310.434.3200.
