Head’s up UK Truebies! True Blood star Stephen Moyer is set to show off his skills on the field in this year’s Soccer Aid, a star-studded soccer game benefiting UNICEF.

The epic sporting event is scheduled for Sunday, June 8 (we’re guessing that’s the week before True Blood premieres in the US) at Old Trafford and will air live on ITV in the UK. Two star-studded squads of soccer legends and high-profile celebrities from England and the Rest of the World will compete, with Stephen confirmed for the England team. Robbie Williams will lead the England team with Welsh movie star Michael Sheen captaining the Rest of the World.

Money raised through Soccer Aid go to UNICEF’s invaluable work helping children around the world. This will be the fifth Soccer Aid event, with the previous matches, held at Wembley in 2008 and at Old Trafford in 2006, 2010 and 2012 raising over £12 million in total for UNICEF’s work.

Tickets are now on sale now here, or call 0845 456 2014. Prices start from just £20 for Adults and from just £5 for Under 16s. Premium seating is available at £40. Hospitality packages are also available.
