POLL: True Blood: The Musical – Would You See It?

Ever since HBO announced that this would be the final season of True Blood, fans have been begging for them to reconsider. If not in a weekly series, how about a movie! True Blood’s music composer, Nathan Barr, says ‘how about a musical?’ “This was something that I pitched to HBO and [creator] Alan Ball,” the series’ composer Nathan Barr told The Associated Press. [TV Guide] No decision has yet been made, however if HBO does green-light it, the musical would likely not premiere for a couple of years.

Nate also reveals that the musical would revolve around Sookie and “return to the roots of the show”.

Stephen Moyer helped Nate put together some of the music samples for consideration. Maybe this is the “exciting news” he spoke of some months ago?

So what do you think, Trubies? Would you go see a True Blood musical? Should they pass? Or is something better than nothing? Take our poll and let us know what you think!
