True Blood Series Finale to Be Extended

By  |  4 Comments

Based on a tip from a fan, we went looking on the HBO website to see just how much more True Blood we actually have. Turns out, the series finale will be extended to 65 minutes, giving us just a bit more time to say goodbye our favorite people from Bon Temps. (Remember, that’s 65 minutes commercial free, not like if the show was on regular cable where 65 minutes = 45 minutes + commercials.) Be sure your DVR is set for the extra time!

Thanks, HBO.

The True Blood series finale premieres Sunday, August 24 at 9/8c on HBO.

Hey, do you guys know, if we will see Willa again? Everyone’s story is wrapping up, Hoyt/Jessica, Sam, Arlene, Lafayette/James, Mae/Tara, even Ginger are getting same happy ending and it looks like Jason and Hoyt’s ex are gonna be together…but Willa is nowhere to be seen. I would really love to see her and Eric bury the hatchet 🙂

I JUST want Sookie and Eric to end up together. *sigh* He has been so sweet and he cares so much for her.

They should’ve made it a two hour finale.

I just remembered, didnt Bill release Jessica in season 3 episode 8? He said the words, “as your maker, I release you” to her when he came home from the hospital and he was having a bout of self hatred after he almost drained Sookie. Did that not count, how did he get to release her again in the last episdoe?
