True Blood Fans: Bid On A Chance To Visit The Set & Meet The Cast!

By  |  4 Comments

True Blood fans, have you been waiting for a chance to visit the set of your favorite show? The seventeenth annual Public Interest Law Auction at UCLA School of Law, being held on March 6, 2010, is offering a very exciting auction item this year: A Set Visit for two people to the set of True Blood and a True Blood poster signed by the cast of the show. Please note these items are being auctioned off together and will not be auctioned separately.

This unique opportunity gives two people permission to visit the True Blood soundstages in Hollywood, California. This also includes an invitation to join the cast and crew for lunch during its designated lunch break. The winner will also receive a signed poster by the cast of the show. Please keep in mind that the Set Visit is valid for two people through May 28th, 2010. Availability is based on the show’s production schedule. While on set, the two guests are expected to follow any rules or guidelines communicated to them by the production staff. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Currently, the Auction is a closed event. However, the True Blood auction item is available by proxy bids. Anyone interested in submitting a proxy bid for the item is encouraged to email pilf.trueblood@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Full Name and Phone Number
2. Maximum amount you’re willing to pay for the Set Visit and signed Poster

The person submitting the highest proxy bid will be notified on Thursday, March 4 at 3 pm PST. The highest proxy bid will be given the opportunity to bid against other people the night of the Auction up to the amount specified by the submitted proxy bid. In no way is the person submitting the highest proxy bid guaranteed that they will win the item. This proxy bid process only ensures the person with the highest proxy bid that he or she will get the opportunity to bid for the item at the Auction via proxy.

All questions and inquiries should be directed to pilf.trueblood@gmail.com.
