THR is reporting that True Blood actor Mehcad Brooks has joined the new ABC mid-season drama The Deep End. Mehcad is set to play “a new character, Malcolm Bennet, an associate at the firm.” (THR)

Could this mean that Eggs won’t be back for True Blood’s third season? Say it isn’t so!
