The Paley Center for Media has announced a handful of shows that will be spotlighted during PaleyFest 2011, and True Blood is one of them! PaleyFest is a 2-week long series of panels, one each evening, featuring the cast and creative team from various shows. Think Comic Con on a much more intimate scale. (True Blood was invited to participate after its first season, as well.)

Other honorees announced are AMC’s The Walking Dead, FOX’s American Idol, which will be honored for its ten seasons on the air, and the seminal cult classics Freaks & Geeks and Undeclared, which will be jointly honored on one special evening. The full lineup for the 12-night event will be announced January 19.

PaleyFest 2011 will take place March 4-18, 2011, at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California. All-inclusive festival passes are on sale now through TicketWeb with additional packages scheduled to go on sale in January. Visit PaleyCenter.org for more details.
